Children's Fall Registration

September 15th, 2010
7:00 - 8:30 pm

Numbers will be handed out commencing at 6:45 pm
on a 'First-Come, First-Served' basis

You must bring birth certificates or health cards.

Cheques (payable to AHCC CHILDREN'S) or Cash Only
