Elise attended Claude Watson High School as a dance and drama major, then graduated with a BFA in Theatre from York University. Following, Elise trained in New York at ‘Circle In The Square Theatre School.’ Elise is an award-winning choreographer and director and has performed in both dance and theatrical productions across Canada. Elise has extensive experience teaching a variety of styles of dance as well as musical theatre and drama to children of all ages, teens, and adults.

Introduction to Ballet/Jazz (5 - 7 Years) Sunday
This class is designed to introduce little ones to the world of ballet and jazz dance. With instruction in the fundamentals of ballet, the children will be taught positions, steps, and some basic ballet moves. The jazz element will also have instruction in the fundamentals of jazz dancing, both modern and contemporary, some of which will include positions, steps, floor work and choreographed jazz dance moves. Students will tell stories through dance over the course of the session using elements of both ballet and jazz.
Hip Hop
C400 Hip Hop Junior

Children will be taught foundational skills for a variety of contemporary dance styles, including Hip Hop. Students will gain strength, flexibility and balance. They will learn an age-appropriate series of dance steps and movements in an environment that is supportive and confidence-building.
C401 Hip-Hop/Contemporary Dance | 6 - 8 Years (Gr. 1 - 3), Wednesday
In this high energy class, students will learn to execute a series of hip hop and contemporary dance steps and movements with enthusiasm and confidence.

In these classes with our talented, conservatory trained instructor, students will build the foundation of their musical education. Instructor Ariana will incorporate singing, rhymes and instruments in a Kodàly-inspired class where children can explore their musical potential and develop their music skills through songs and games, instruments, movement and so much more!  
C403 SING! | 5 - 7 Years, Thursday
The voice is the one instrument we are all born with so why not start children's music learning through singing?! In these Kodàly-inspired music lessons with our talented, conservatory trained instructor Ariana, children will develop their singing skills in a developmentally appropriate environment where music is created and shared with others in their age-range. The classes are composed of musical games that encourage singing, composing and arranging, voice technique and much more.
